Elbow port
A purpose-cut window for the elbow joint. The sleeve fits without binding — and is easier to put on than it looks.
Heat-dissipation vents
Twelve vents across the upper and lower sleeve double as stretch ports — making the sleeve easier to pull on snugly.

How long until I see a difference?
Most testers report a noticeable change in arm position by their third practice session. The skill takes time to lock in — give it ten honest range trips before judging.
Is it legal to wear during a round?
Yes. The sleeve (springs removed) doubles as an elbow support and is permitted under most amateur rules. Always check your local R&A or USGA local rules before competition.
Can I wear it on either arm?
Yes. Lead arm fixes a bent-elbow problem; trail arm helps with takeaway and load. Some golfers (and one in particular here in Australia) bought two — one for each.
Does it really help with chipping and putting?
